Do I need to be home during the service?
No. As long as we have access to your yard (through a gate or side entrance), we'll take care of everything. If you'd like to be home for the first visit, you can let us know during booking.
How do I pay for the service?
After your first visit, you'll receive a secure Stripe payment link to set up monthly billing. One-time cleanings are billed once after service.
What's included in the One-time Cleaning?
Our one-time cleanup is a full yard service that includes waste removal, deodorizer, and sanitization — all included in the $125 flat rate.
What happens if the weather is bad?
We work in most weather conditions, but if it becomes unsafe (e.g., severe storms, ice), we'll reschedule your visit at no charge and notify you promptly.
How often should I book service?
- Twice a week: Best for multiple dogs or heavy-use yards
- Weekly: Ideal for most households
- Bi-weekly: Good for lighter use or single-dog homes
- One-time: Perfect for a deep clean or special occasion
What do you do with the waste after cleanup?
By default, we double-bag and place the waste in your outdoor garbage bin for regular pickup. If you'd prefer we take it away, let us know — additional fees may apply.
Do you bring your own equipment?
Yes. We bring all supplies, including waste bags, bins, and eco-friendly sanitizing solutions. You don't need to provide anything.
Are you insured?
Yes. We carry full liability insurance for your protection and can provide proof of coverage upon request.
Can I cancel or pause my plan?
Yes. Subscriptions can be paused or canceled at any time — no contracts.
What if I'm not satisfied?
Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you're not happy with a visit, contact us within 24 hours and we'll return the same day to make it right.
