Do I need to be home during the service?

No. As long as we have access to your yard (through a gate or side entrance), we'll take care of everything. If you'd like to be home for the first visit, you can let us know during booking.

How do I pay for the service?

After your first visit, you'll receive a secure Stripe payment link to set up monthly billing. One-time cleanings are billed once after service.

Why is there a $40 initial cleanup fee?

On your first visit, we charge a one-time $40 initial cleanup fee to get your yard back to a maintainable condition. This covers the extra time and effort it often takes when a yard hasn't been cleaned in a while. The fee is only charged once, and it's added to your first monthly invoice.

What's included in the One-time Cleaning?

Our one-time cleanup is a full yard service that includes waste removal, deodorizer, and sanitization — all included in the $125 flat rate.

What happens if the weather is bad?

We work in most weather conditions, but if it becomes unsafe (e.g., severe storms, ice), we'll reschedule your visit at no charge and notify you promptly.

How often should I book service?

• Twice a week: Best for multiple dogs or heavy-use yards
• Weekly: Ideal for most households
• Bi-weekly: Good for lighter use or single-dog homes
• One-time: Perfect for a deep clean or special occasion

What do you do with the waste after cleanup?

By default, we double-bag and place the waste in your outdoor garbage bin for regular pickup. If you'd prefer we take it away, let us know — additional fees may apply.

Do you disinfect your tools between visits?

Yes. To protect your pets, family, and yard, we thoroughly clean and disinfect our tools after every visit. This ensures no germs, bacteria, or waste are carried from one household to another. We use veterinary-grade disinfectants that are safe for pets, kids, and grass.

How does your sanitization service work?

We use AquaKlor®, a scientifically designed cleaning system that uses patented calcium hypochlorite caplets. When mixed with water, it creates a powerful disinfectant that:

• Cleans, sanitizes, and disinfects in one step
• Destroys organic contaminants like bacteria, viruses, and fungi
• Controls algae and mold, reducing the need for extra scrubbing or chemicals
• Won't corrode tools or damage grass, plants, or outdoor surfaces
• Provides an environmentally friendly solution that's safe for people and pets

This ensures that your yard isn't just clean, but also hygienic and safe for your family and pets.

Can I cancel or pause my plan?

Yes, you can cancel or pause at any time. There are no contracts or long-term commitments.

However, if you cancel within your first month of service, your first visit will be reclassified and billed at our spring cleanup rate of $125. This is to prevent the service from being used as a one-time deep clean under the lower weekly pricing. The first visit is often a larger job, and that discount is meant for customers who stay on for regular service.

What if I'm not satisfied?

Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you're not happy with any service, we'll return promptly and make it right — free of charge.
